Sparklo 2025 Recap: A Year of Everyday Recycling

2025 was a year shaped by millions of small choices — bottles returned, habits formed, and communities showing up again and again.

Across 45+ cities in 11 countries, Sparklo’s network of 700+ Sparklomats helped collect more than 118 million bottles and cans, making recycling easier to access wherever people live, work, and move. By placing recycling infrastructure directly into everyday spaces, Sparklo helps turn small daily actions into consistent habits.

Those everyday actions added up to meaningful results. Over the year, Sparklo helped recover 3.3 million kilograms of recyclable material and contributed to preventing more than 18 million kilograms of CO₂ emissions across the value chain.

Beyond the machines, Sparklo continued to grow as a connected digital ecosystem. A community of 840,000+ users engaged through the app, combining recycling with rewards, challenges, and partner offers — reinforcing participation and long-term behaviour change.

2025 also strengthened Sparklo’s collaboration with partners across industries, working together to turn sustainability commitments into visible, measurable impact.

As we look ahead, the focus remains clear: keep expanding thoughtfully, keep building strong partnerships and keep making recycling a simple, rewarding part of everyday life.
